Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ProLaunch (“we”) collects when you use prolaunch.tools and app.prolaunch.tools, and why. The short version: we don't ask for your name or email, we never have your private keys, and we don't sell your data.

What we never collect

• Your seed phrase or private keys. They are created and kept in your browser.
• Your recovery code. We keep only a one-way hash of it, used to find your account, and a public key derived from it.
• Your email address, name or phone number. We don't ask for them.

What we store for your account

• Sign-in details: your passkey's public key, the recovery-code hash and public key described above, and the address of any wallet you set up to sign in with.
• Encrypted wallet backup: a copy of your vault encrypted in your browser. We can't open it.
• App data: your wallets' public addresses, launch settings, token details, launch history and withdrawal addresses you add, so the app works across devices.
• Fee records: the transaction signature, token and amounts for each fee paid, for accounting.
• Account activity: a log of security-relevant actions (such as sign-ins and changes to your sign-in methods) to protect your account.
• Error reports: when something breaks, the error message, the page and your account ID, so we can fix it.
• An optional display name, if you set one.

Technical data

Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sign-in attempts. Our hosting and network providers may keep standard access logs. We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

This website (prolaunch.tools) sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.

Public blockchain data

Transactions on Solana, including your wallet addresses, token launches, trades and the fees you pay, are public and permanent. Token images and metadata are published on IPFS and are public too. Anyone can see and analyze this data, including linking wallets that interact with each other. We can't delete it.

Services we use

To run ProLaunch we share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Hosting: Amazon Web Services (app servers and database) and Cloudflare (DNS and this website).
• Solana RPC: Helius, which receives the transactions and account lookups the app makes.
• Jito: receives launch and trade bundles.
• IPFS pinning: Pinata, which stores your token image and metadata.
• Meme browser: your browser loads posts directly from api.fxtwitter.com, which receives your IP address.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept while your account exists. Fee records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Error reports are deleted after [period].

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you or delete the data linked to your account by emailing privacy@prolaunch.tools. We don't know who you are, so we'll ask you to prove you own the account first, for example by signing a message. Deleting your account removes your encrypted backup, so export your seed phrase first. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under laws such as the GDPR; contact us to use them.

Children

ProLaunch is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and give notice in the app for significant changes.
